Both Mumtaz and dcbuilder.eth, who was directly affected by the incident, highlighted that robust support and account security on the platform are only granted to large institutional partners.

Independent developers, on the other hand, find themselves at the mercy of automated account deletion systems in the event of phishing attacks or breaches. This often results in the sudden and permanent loss of long-standing projects, networks, and essential communication channels built over the years.
