Watch Out: Security Breach on a Crypto Platform – User Assets Started Getting Stolen, Here Are the Details

Yu Xian, founder of blockchain security company SlowMist, has warned of a serious security breach linked to DeBot.

Yu Xian stated in a post on the X platform that they are closely following the DeBot incident and monitoring on-chain movements.

According to the shared information, it was determined that some private keys belonging to Debot users were compromised. It was stated that the attackers have so far earned approximately $255,000 and are continuing to steal funds. Yu Xian added that users whose private keys were generated or distributed by Debot are particularly at serious risk.

On the other hand, Debot stated in a press release that “Debot’s secure wallet is generally functioning normally.” The statement added that they will follow up on the affected wallets and that users should not worry, while urging affected individuals to contact Debot directly.

DeBot is known as an AI-based exchange and wallet application designed for users to manage their assets, particularly operating in the memecoin space.
