Predicate Partners Centrifuge

Predicate, a blockchain compliance automation platform, and Centrifuge, an RWA tokenization infrastructure provider, announced a partnership focused on compliance tools for tokenized real-world assets. Under the agreement, Predicate becomes the official compliance partner for issuers using Centrifuge’s platform.

Predicate’s technology will be integrated into Centrifuge Whitelabel, a modular platform that allows institutions to issue and manage tokenized assets. Investors can deposit assets such as USDC into issuer vaults and receive corresponding tokenized assets in return.

The system will operate at two stages. During primary issuance, users will go through AML screening and KYC or KYB verification before receiving tokenized assets. After issuance, compliance controls will continue during secondary market activity. The system can automatically monitor addresses and block transfers that violate issuer policies.
