Collector Crypt, a Solana-based platform for tokenized physical trading cards, reported $24.3 million in gross revenue and 123,425 pack openings over 24 hours, calling it its “biggest day yet” in an Oct. 20 post.
That reported daily take was equivalent to roughly 13% of the $186.47 million in trailing 30-day pack purchases tracked by DefiLlama, and 35% of its $69.55 million seven-day total as of Oct. 21, according to The Defiant’s calculations.

DefiLlama’s calendar-day series recorded $22.19 million in pack purchases for Oct. 20 UTC. Moonrock Capital founder Simon Dedic separately reported 106,023 openings and more than $22 million in gross revenue for that day in an Oct. 21 post. The company’s 24-hour announcement and Dedic’s tally do not specify matching cutoffs.
Pack Sales Are Not Profit
Gross receipts are distinct from money retained by the platform. DefiLlama classifies gacha pack purchases as volume, covering Collector Crypt and integrated storefronts across Solana, Base and Robinhood Chain, as well as fiat and credit-card payments.
Its separate revenue metric deducts card buybacks and includes marketplace royalties and fees claimed from the treasury’s CARDS/$USDC liquidity pool. That metric was $17.95 million over the past 30 days.
The pack-opening product, previously covered by The Defiant, delivers a random NFT linked to a physical trading card. Buyers can keep it, sell eligible draws back for $USDC or redeem the token for the card.
An optional “turbo” mode automatically sells Common-tier draws back for $USDC. That lets a buyer receive a cash payout without finding a secondary-market buyer.
